Protocol Fees

Current Status

Zharta's business model is quite simple: under normal conditions, we take 25% of all Interest Payments and Penalty Fees generated by the Protocol. Normal conditions imply that loans are fully repaid before their maturity date or during the Grace Period. In case of adverse market conditions Zharta will prioritise the profitability of the LP.

In order to reward our Genesis Lenders, Zharta decided to temporarily reduce the Protocol Fees from 25% to 0%.
