Every time we receive a support request, we treat it with the utmost attention. Our team believes that, in the end, you will be helping us by reporting the issue, and not the other way around.

Discord is the preferred channel if you are dealing with urgent matters. Just go on the sidebar and search for "Open Tickets" and create a new issue pushing the + sign. We will get back to you ASAP.

Please note that not all issues can be dealt with with the push of a button. Some have to be scaled up internally and even go through several teams before they are solved. So, if we are taking a bit longer than expected, it's probably because we have several pairs of hands on the job.

Always expect the answer to be given in the same channel you've raised the issue.
